I sent my barrel over to Bartlein Barrels over 6 months ago for a project and now they will NOT respond to my e-mails or phone calls. Been dealing with "Frank" for over 6 months now and it seems he does not want to send my barrel back to me even though I've requested it TWICE. I called today and the guy who answered said he would tell Frank I called but that came and went I even sent another e-mail for an update and nothing. At this point I just want my to get my original barrel back I sent him to take measurements off of. This whole deal is a complete fiasco and a waste of my time. Any of you guys know is this the way Bartlein Barrels treats there customers? Any help would be great appreciated.
