My rock creek accurate ordance barrel burned out on my 300 WM, I was thinking gradious (want a bartlein barrel). I want this thing to be an absolute hammer, any suggestions?

Anybody here on the hide would do a fine job Im sure, its just a question about how long do you want to wait.
Call Phoenix custom rifles, they stock Bartlein and other makers barrels and have a quick turn around.
We've got Bartlein barrels on the shelf. But Robert Gradous would do a heck of a great job for you. If you've never had work done by Robert, this would be a great chance. So would John Whidden or Jered at APA if you wanted two other local options. Mark Gordon at SAC does great work and I'd use him without hesitation. Lots of good choices.

Holy smokes!! Is this the same rifle that had 38 rounds through it on 7/25/2013? How many rounds did you put through it to make it burn out that fast and what loads were you shooting??

I got my hands on a 1200 acre ranch land that I can shoot on, so I have been going everyday 
I have the last on my 200 piece of remmington brass, that have been loaded 5 times, so by math I'm nearly at 800 rounds now, It's not shooting like it used to, but I did shoot a 5" group at 700 so maybe I can go a little longer.

I would try seating the bullet out further before dumping $700 + on a barrel and install and investing the "wait time" for the smith especially since hunting season is right around the corner. Also, check to see if it is fouled (carbon or copper). I cant see a barrel going that far south in 800 rounds that it would need to be replaced unless you got it blazing hot.
Not 800 rounds on a Rock, you should have at least 800+ (more like 1200 to 2k ) more in that barrel, unless you are shooting sand paper down the tube.
I would give it a good cleaning to get the copper and carbon out of it. JB and or a good scrub with a brass brush in the throat and rear third of the barrel.
Why not let Accurate Ordinance replace the barrel? Were you not happy with the original barrel? I'm sure they can get what ever type barrel you want or you could procure the barrel. At least you would get a chamber cut with the same reamer.

My load is 75.9 gr H1000, remington brass, fed 215, 208 gr amax (.009" off lands). It's not hot my max was 76.8 Grs. I spent around 100 rounds testing amax vs bergers, this load was shooting really awesome groups, I may need some new brass (I annealed it once 4X) so ill go back to the drawing board. 5" at 700 5 shot group isn't bad, so ill just stick with it till next year.

Without a doubt I would recomend Robert. I have plenty of one hole targets that have kept me satisfied!
My load is 75.9 gr H1000, remington brass, fed 215, 208 gr amax (.009" off lands). It's not hot my max was 76.8 Grs. .68 MOA for 5 shots at 700 yards is nothing to complain about... There are many different variables that can influence shot groups, most of the time it is something silly, with that said, you're on the right track by sticking with it and not tearing anything apart. If you can locate any, get yourself some new Norma brass and give that a whirl. I had tremendos results with Norma brass, 230 OTM's and 208 AMAX's, 75gr. / 76gr. H-1000 & 215M's out of my Gradous .300 WM.
Moon at Crescent Customs is rebarreling a .308 for me. Absolutely gtreat guy to talk to and his pedigree is excellent- GAP veteran.
Phoenix Custom Rifle did my build and they did a hell of a job but any of the hide smiths here would do a good job.
