Trying to decide what custom action to be the foundation of my build. I want to make this package chambered in 6.5 creedmoor.

I don't run PRS or any competitions. I mainly hunt/target shoot. Max distance for my available ranges is around 600 yards. I do reload and workup my own loads. Just trying to see which barreled action I should go with based on your experiences and what is know about each perspective action.

I know the ARC nucleus is not out yet but I am OK with putting the deposit down at PVA and waiting.

Also I know the Nucleus through PVA will cost around 1500 cerakoted, Does anyone know what the Kelby's would run with the same set up ( action+barrel+cerakote+threaded)

Please, let me know your thoughts

I recently went through the back and forth game of which action I wanted and had been looking for months, actually closer to a year. I was considering the two you you list as well as the HAVAK from Seekins which seems to be a good value for all of its attributes I could read about. Ultimately it came down to a short list of considerations for me that follow.
#1) Action smoothness
2) Durability
3) Ease of barrel changes or a switch barrel setup
4) Manufacturer with a well established reputation
I went with the Kelblys Atlas based on positive feedback I have read about in threads here as well as else were. After talking to a rep at Kelblys I made my decisions when all of my question were answered in a very professional and polite manner.
The $925 price at Bugholes was also appealing as it left me with enough money to buy the action and a Bartlien barrel for roughly the same price as many of the other actions alone.

What would the barreled Kelby's action cost if the barrel was cerakoted/threaded if anyone knows?

1500 at PVA seems like a really good deal, just seeing if going with the kelbys will keep me within my budget
