Barreled action color?

Ok so I am stuck on what color I should coat my barreled action. It's going in my od green manners t3 so I don't know what color would go good with that or should I just go matte black. I kinda want something different cause all my other rifles are matte black. Thanks in advance and if anyone has pictures that would be great.

Had the same dilemma...molded GAP camo in my Manners stock. I went back and forth between OD and Black cerakote on the barreled action. Finally went with black because I like the look of it in an OD green stock and that I wouldn't have to worry about painting my bottom metal, rings, base or scope. So it saved me a few dollar bills too.

I'm not crawling through the woods with people shootin back at me, so concealment wasn't top priority. I went for what I considered attractive and affordable.

I like Patriot Brown.

I think it looks good with any shade of brown-tan-green-camo.

to the OP, I kinda dig just black action,barrel, etc with a straight OD green stock.

Another vote for black barreled action for an OD green stock. Just looks right, that way.

Just did this barreled action, M5, and rings in Highland Green and the mag, bolt, and base in Mil-Spec green.

Gonna do my next barreled action in Mil-Spec Green with Patriot Brown trim...

Thanks everyone for all the suggestions. I think I'm just going to go black. I like all your suggestions but I guess there is just something about od green and black (I guess that's why I have 3 other rifles same color haha)
