What size/caliber suppressor is issued with the military MK22?

I notice Barrett makes 300 and 338 suppressors for the civilian market.

Would a 338 suppressor perform better on the .308/.300 calibers?

The Barrett Mk22 suppressor is .338, and is specific to that rifle.

I have an MRAD chambered in 300 PRC and 6.5 CM and would like to find a suppressor that fits the factory brake. EuroOptic has a Barrett MK22 high temp C series suppressor - 17434-kit. Not sure if this suppressor is specific to the MK22. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The AM30 or AM338 should GM fit on the on the factory brake. Both of those will be good for 300 PRC and 6.5

I would check with Barrett as to their availability. Most web sites like EuroOptic list this item as being discontinued or out of stock.

I just got my Mk22 Mod0 and I have a quick question regarding the MK22 suppressors. Will the non-locking AM338 suppressor still mount to the MK22 muzzle device or is it only compatible with the AML338 (Mk22 Suppressor) that is stated to be designed to only lock-up with the Mk22 Advanced Sniper Rifle? I was thinking that since the Mk22 Suppressors have become something akin to Unobtanium then I could just settle for the standard AM338 suppressor.
