Rifle Scopes Barska 20-60x60 Blackhawk Spotting Scope

Hey guys I'm on the market for a decent spotting scope $140 is the budget here I dont need nothing super fancy, just waterproof and that will do good in the cold.

So what are the thoughts on this barska and have any of you guys tried or have one?

I looked through the barskas and they were crap. The tripod was shaky too. I settled on a winchester wt541 very sturdy tripod and fairly clear optics. I got the winchester at big 5 on sale for $99 I think.

Could you see marks at 600 with it

I've seen those around, but I didn't know if they were any good, I'm definitely going to check them out.

I do want to add something to this. I do need something waterproof and fog proof. Where I live its really wet and I often go shooting in wet weather, we get our share of snow and cold weather.

That winchester doesnt look like its waterproof or fogproof?
