I have used many HS stocks over the years, they offer a solid product and great customer service. Find a stock that fits you and is comfortable to shoot. I can only compare my HS stocks to my MCM stocks, they both have advantages, I wouldn't put one above they other as they are different. I like the stock on my HS HTR much better than the stock on my M24, but they both perform very well. They are lighter than my MCM stocks. My MCM stocks of course wiegh more but don't have the "hollow feel" described. I like the aluminum bedding in the HS stocks, so long as it fits you personally, I don't think one will make your rifle shoot better than the other. I think people focus too much on the bow in this instance and not enough on the indian. Both stocks in the right hands will produce amazing results. Neither stock in the hands of those less trained will produce more accurate results. It has more to do with the person shooting the rifle, than the stock. Some people buy into the myth that equipment is going to make up for lack of skill and training, that is simply not the case. Pick a stock that fits you and fits your needs, then work on making it work for you. Ford vs Chevy arguements are silly, the fact is they both get the job done. I like HS Precison stocks and have never had the desire to use a B&C but that is just a personal preference.
