In order to add a mag extension to a factory Benelli M4, what parts need to be changed to be 18 U.S.C. s. 922(r) compliant? Would it just be a US made mag tube, stock, foregrip??

Change the whole tube don't just add an ext. Then change the follower and fore grip. Everything you change needs to be US made, and you are good to go. You need to add 3 US parts. Tube, follower and fore grip.

Also unless you like throwing money away don't spend more than $80 on a new tube.

I strongly urge you to consider one of these tubes:

1 piece mag tube

I have one, he's former USMC, an asset to Benelli owners in his knowledge and product development.

Perhaps this link will help with 922r compliance attempts. But it has been spelled out well by the others above.

Have fun!! I have a ridiculous amount of money in my M4, but it's just so damn much fun!!

I use all Nordic Components for all my shotgun parts.

They are the most popular company that is used by a large majority of 3 gun shooters in the country!
