I would say baloney sauce. A .50 caliber at 1094 yards/1000 meters maintaining 0.5 moa would be a significant challenge. 0.5 moa at 100 yards/meters perhaps.
 
Isn't 0.5 MOA at a 1,000 yards a 5" group? Sounds entirely reasonable to me. Iv'e seen .50BMG rifles that shoot 1 hole groups at 100 yards so should'nt be a problem with good rifle, ammo, and shooter.
 
What's the current FCSA 1000yd record for Heavy class?? IIRC it's <4".. this Beretta shooting 5" 5 shot group @1k certainly ain't impossible. Would just simply require ideal conditions, BR-quality ammo, multiple sighters, and possibly (probably?) multi attempts...
