Does anyone know if there are external differences between a B14 and a premier action. Would the action inlet be the same.

Action inlet should be the same between them. The HMR stock on the B14 and the HMR Pro are the same.
I was thinking the same. I have a friend looking to buy a premier stock used. Just wondering if the inlet is compatible with a B14
Has anyone change the sling monts for a rail? I seen it online ordered a rail but It didn't come with screws couldn't find screws that worked and have sense lost the rail.
Area 419 makes a great front rail that works in place of the two studs. I used one on my HMR Pro and it works like a champ.

Yesterday I would have said yes but I was looking last night and that seems to be the going price. I found the atlas bt65 gen2 for $240 or the Badger Ordnance Enhanced Harris S-BRM for $190 both on midwayusa.

I have had Harris for 20 years and still do always had good experiences with them. Mainly because I succumbed to the pressure led by knowledge on the hide I bought an atlas cal and must admit it’s pretty awesome but am keeping my Harris as well. I think if your even $100 apart I’d try to pull the trigger on the atlas and enjoy it because you will, especially if using a rail and getting the cal with the qd rail mount. Don’t think it matters if it’s for hunting, plinking or competition it’s a great bipod and has great options for different feet’s etc
I know I. Telling you again to spend more money but I would consider the model with the qd rail instead of the bolt on. It locks up solid as a rock on that 419 rail and on and off in seconds versus having to get out a wrench. Just looked at midway and it’s $299. Midway also has the atlas rail for $29 which would probably work the same as the 419
