Did Berger discontinue offering the 130 grain 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge? It has not been available anywhere for about 3 weeks now. Ammoseek draws a blank when you do a search for it.

I already made my own Berger 130 Hybrid load which closely duplicates factory Berger performance if you're interested.
Don't reload but thanks for the recipe...I have a bud that has offered his extensive reloading system if I want to load my own. I may try this out
This is a 6 shot group I fired with the Berger 130s
I have fired 3 shot groups measuring less than 0.3.

It is. With my 10 shot group, the first 8 were in that cluster on the left half of the orange spot.
I’ve been super impressed with Berger’s 6.5 creedmoor ammo. Decent temp sensitivity and really consistent.
I shot these 5 shot groups at 1k a week or so ago, and took 3rd of 81 at the one day match this weekend. Mental mistake on one stage cost me the win, the ammo was on point.

I like Berger's 6.5 ammo, too. Very consistent. But, I can't find it ANYWHERE (for sale) right now. I've run out of it. The only retailer with any in stock is Midway USA, and they want $1.65 / round! I'm looking at the 140-gr variety.

I bought 2000 rounds when I found a single lot of it. When it hits the shelves bite the bullet and load up.

But, we're talking about Berger's new ammo.... as in complete cartridge from Berger. The bonus is they come wrapped in Lapua brass.
Over a 40-shot string, I got an average velocity of 2703. SD was 15.6. ES was 59.
Perhaps relevant (I don't know) is that my RPR barrel has 3500 rounds through it.
My local walmart carried it. But, walmart is phasing out ammo sales. So, I don't know if they still have it locally. But, it was more expensive at $28 / box.
I've never seen ELD at my Walmart. I have to buy ELD online, which I've gotten as low as $23.50 / box.
I've never seen ELD locally... not even in a big gun shop. My LGS doesn't carry ANY kind of match grade 6.5CM. Just hunting stuff.
On my factory Remington it's slower at 2815 from a 24". A premium barrel definitely picks up speed.
I’m hoping Prime does another group buy of 6.5cm 130 gr match. $1.05 a rd. I’m kicking myself for not writing a check last December. I hadn’t shot any of it through my Seekins Havak HP1 so I didn’t want to buy a case of it without shooting it first.
I can get 140 all day long....the 130 grain Berger CARTRIDGE is what isn't available anywhere. I sent Berger email, notes from FB even tried calling and have received squat for info.
I'll switch to PRIME for good. I am not too interested in forcing Berger to do business.
Yep. Ammoseek lists only ONE dealer that has it... for $1.65 / rd.
I'll shoot Hornady ELD-M in the meantime.
I looked today and saw nothing.....they have a hunting 135 that is available in one or 2 places
Too bad as it is really a killer cartridge but CS appears to be super lacking

I agree that I get consistent results in terms of zero and drop to 800. The Berger requires a little less correction from 800-1200.
I got 2813fps (7 shot string), 12SD and 19fps ES, from a 24" Krieger 1:8 barrel with the Berger factory 130's. I bought it mostly for the brass, but as a loaded cartridge it shot as good or better than the Hornady 147 ELD's or the 140g AMAX I started with.
The factory Berger 130s shoot amazingly. Below groups were out of a GAS GUN.
24” bartlien, rifle+2 gas. Gets just over 2900 with SD of 10.
I have not been able to match this performance with handloads using the same bullets. If I can find more ammo for $1.65 a round, I’m buying it.

I shot one box through a new 22" bartlein 7.5 twist 6.5 cm barrel spun up by SPR. limited testing but held 1 /2 moa of vertical at 600 and sub 1/2 moa at 1125. Velocity was right around 2800 give it take according to JBM
