I tried reloading these for the first time. I loaded them according to the berger website at .010 - .150 off. I couldn't get them to hit a 12x10 poster twice in a row at 200 yards with any of the 4 groups. The first shot would be left and low, then they would continue even further left after each shot. I used 60.5gr of IMR 4831, which works well with my 162 sst's. What gives?

How about some more information, if you want a diagnosis?
Like: What cartridge? Based on the skimpy data provided, you could be using the 280 AI, 7mm SAUM, 7mm WSM, 7mm Rem Mag, et al.
What rifle, and what twist? Berger recommends at least 1-10".
And it may not be your load. So what scope, base and rings, are you using?
Have you re-shot your rifle, since the bad outing with the 168 Bergers, and what were your results?

Shooting a Savage 116, has been glass and pillar bedded, action trued, jewel trigger, and barrel recrowned by gunsmith. 24 inch barrel with 1:9.5 twist. Shooting Remington brass with Fed Match 215 primers over 60.5 grains of IMR 4831. Leupold bases and rings with 6.5-20x50 Viper scope. Gun still shoots one hole with the Hornady 162's. Probably just gonna stick with the SST's but wanted to try the Bergers. Also, I noticed allot more copper fouling than usual when I cleaned the rifle after shooting the Bergers.

Try the Berger 180 VLDs instead. They shoot in my .284 Win very well. And the Berger 168 VLD so far have not shot good gourps at all.
If you get the 162 Amaxes to group well skip 168 VLDs altogether. If you need to reach further out you can not bypass Berger 180 VLDs or the newer 175, 180 Hybrid or 182 versions.
Try the Berger 180 VLDs instead. They shoot in my .284 Win very well. And the Berger 168 VLD so far have not shot good gourps at all.

I have to laugh because I have recently gone through this with my 280AI. After some frustration loading batches then heading to the range over and over with no success, I decided to take my press to the range with me. I started with a hand-full of loads made up with the charge I discovered earlier and then seated the bullets .010 into the lands. After shooting 2 or 3 rounds, I would seat the next group .002 deeper and then shoot 2 or 3, ect. I found that my rifle likes the 168s just touching the lands.
As a side note, don't count on the Bergers liking the same powder as the Hornadys. I would try some Reloader 22 or 25.
