BEST 1X9 Twist 68-69 gr BTHP load for .223 HELP!!!

I need some help. I have loaded some Hornady 68 gr bthp and some sierra matchkings 69gr. My rifle seems to love these bullets over the 50-60 gr bullet range. I was wondering what is everyone else favorite one hole load (or close to it HAHA) with these bullets in a 223 AR or other rifle with the same twist. I have 300 to load and want a good load to do them all. I have a lot of different powder choices so just list whats your favorite and dont worry about the powder. I am using Match Rem 7 1/2 primers.

25.3gr Varget
69gr smk

loaded to 2.26 (or max mag length)

shoots great out of a RRA varmint rig....

perfectly matches FGMM in this gun...

This is a compressed load, but safe in this rifle..

I have Ramshot Tac, a little Varget (trying to save for a rainy day), rl-7, rl-15, 3031, imr and H 4895, imr h and aa 4350, H335, IMR 4831, IMR 4227, Blue dot, 2400, Herco, Trail Boss, etc. maybe a few more not mentioned. I counted the other night and i have 31 lbs total so a wide variety.

Come on fellows someone gotta be loading for the ar 1x9 twist help me

how well will a 1/9 stabilize a 69 SMK? I have a bunch of them but was going to save them for a build with a faster twist than my 1/9 AR.

18" & 20" bull barrel

Shot just as good, if not better than FGMM & tracked exactly the same as FGMM out to 500 in these rifles....

26.0 Varget 69 SMK loaded 2.250" shot out of DPMS 24" 1x9. Shot good out to 900 yds.

25.4g V N140 is my first and second is 25 even of Varget with a 69 smk.

Test 24.0 up to 26.0 with the 69 smk at 2.26" with RL-15

I use 25.5 with the rem 7.5 primer and there is very generous primer radius.

I have a colt with 1:7 twist and a RRA with 1:9 twist, will the 68 gr hornady stabilize out of the RRA with the 1:9 twist?

Funny how theses damn machines are so different. I've a 1-9 Bushmaster predator and I've yet to find a heavy load it likes. But load up some 62gr tsx over 335 or varget and it'll smack flys @100.

25 to 26g of Varget. My rifles like 25.6 for about 2,850 fps. If you need something to throw well then 25.7g of W748 gives me almost identical velocity and either powder will shoot .5 to .7 moa for my rifles with 69's.

You can probably find several good loads for 68-69 in the 5.56/223 listing at the top of the page.

69 or 68 gn HPBTM, 25 grains RL 15, LC or Win case with Rem 7 1/2 primers. Load to mag length and go shoot.

24.5 grains of Varget in new Winchester cases with a CCI400 primer got me to 710 yards with a 16" DPMS 1x9 twist. My velocity is 2,600 fps average. I initially tried 25 grains but was getting some vertical deviation. 26 grains was showing pressure signs in my rifle.

My AR (admittedly a 1:7) loves 24.6 gr Varget with 69 gr SMKs.

if you are willing to try a newer powder try 8208XBR.it works great out of my 1:9 twist with a 69gn bullet.one hole 5 shot groups at 100 for me.and not to bad at 300 with a 1 1/2 5 shot group.but hey this is my load and rifel.
