Best out of the box solution IMHO is the TRG-22.
For 5 bills more or so you'll top out the budget with a AI AE, if you so desire.
Can't go wrong with either.
Personally, even if I had that sort of cash outlay, I'd probably favor the TRG and spend the difference towards the bipod, magazines and what not.
