Buy once, cry once; get the most flexibility for the money.
To me, that calls for a Dillon RL550B, Winchester brass, Sierra bullets, Hodgdon Powders, and CCI primers. Best place to start. BIG vibrating brass cleaner. Improve on that as experience and reasonable experimentation dictates. Stick with one caliber until it drives you bonkers, then do it again with <span style="font-style: italic">one</span> more caliber at a time.
Don't be the handloader who is the jack of all calibers and master of none. Handload for others only at your own extreme peril.
