You can probably find a SP10 floating around on Gunbroker or on here. They also distribute their rifles to distributors and some stores could have them in stock.
Also look at LMT or you could even have some of the known builders build you up at solid upper and it wouldn’t be just any Frankenstein parts guns.
MSRP is right there at 2999.99How much are those LMT mws in 6.5 though lol
Are they readily available

What brake is that? Here’s the only 5 shot group I’ve shot at 100 with mine. Not bad for a “budget” build.

Make: Seekins Precision
Model: SP10
Caliber: 6.5 Creedmoor
Location (city or county): San Diego
Price: $2500
Will ship (Y/N): I will consider it at buyers expense
Other info: this is a new, unfired rifle. Never mounted glass I have had it for a few years, but I ended up shooting a different gun. It is featureless with a fin-style grip. Comes with one 10round magazine.

Great advice if you want proprietary mags (hard no) and a rifle that's built by guys who can't build a milspec BCG.Check out Rock River Arms. I'm liking mine and been out to 800 with it (I'd go further when I can find a place) using Hornady American Gunner 140 HPBT. Should bring you in about $1000 under budget. Here is my zero target-
RRA is well built.. Shoots straight. Are there better rifles in an AR-10 ? Yes. More expensive as well. RRA's proprietary mags are 25 bucks apiece. How many do you need? Their BCG is longer than others, but, I have not seen the US mil-specs on the AR-10 platforms. RRA can build to a standard but chose to go with the 'proprietary thing' (which I think is to their detriment- their proprietary bbl nut for one example). But then the main issue with the AR-10 platform is that: 'parts interchangibility thing'.Great advice if you want proprietary mags (hard no) and a rifle that's built by guys who can't build a milspec BCG.
Fuck RRA.
Get a LMT and thank me later.

I mentioned the RRA as another choice to consider. That's all. I bought mine three(?) years ago and had a lot of fun with it and it's been working. "Fuck RRA", I think is a little harsh.
RRA makes a solid Rifle and is perfect for someone who wants precision on a budget. When first-time shooters ask me for recommendations on a Semi Auto RRA is always in my top three....
BUT!! For the same price they are asking for their 6.5CM you can pick up a Seekins SP10 6.5CM that is better then the RRA in every aspect.
If seekins would wise up and start selling the 6.5CM with a +2 gas system and maybe a second Handguard option it would truly be the best semi-auto on the market under $2500.
