Suppressors Best attachment for dedicated suppressor for sub gun

I'm going to get a suppressor for a sub gun, cz scorpion, and it will pretty much live on it full time. What would be the better attachment method when I am leaving it on there all the time. Direct thread or 3 lug? Never used a 3 lug adapter, so I'm not real familiar with them.

3 lug has my vote. I've used them on several dedicated 9mm ARs. Work well. Solid, proven lockup with ability to quickly remove when needed.

I have a 3 lug on my CZ Scorpion Evo for use with my SilCo Osprey.

Is there ever any need to readjust the suppressor or anything? Or can you just put it on there and kinda forget about it until you want to take it off?
