What is the best tool you guys have found for deburring after trimming? I have tried several tools but they all seem to leave a small lip back just a little from the case mouth. I know the best answer is a Giraud but that has to wait until next year.

If your trimmer will accept one, the only way to fly is with a 3way cutter. An RCBS one will fit Hornady's one, the others, I have no idea.

That's a great idea but I don't think anyone makes an adaptor for the Wilson/Sinclair trimmers. I don't know what it would cost but I bet someone could make a shaft to accept the RCBS head and allow the use of a 1/4" hex drive on the other end to be powered by a cordless tool.

If using a simple cone-shaped deburring tool , can't you eliminate that lip by slightly rotating the brass off-vertical so that the "cutter" can get at it?

That's what I have been doing but it's not consistent and if you go a little too far of vertical than it will catch causing me to bleed. I have quite a few gouges and punctures on my hands from using this method.

I use a L.E. Wilson (might be a older model) 3 flute (blade?) chamfering tool which has a centering shaft inside the outside
chamfering end. I find that the inside shaft helps keep the case centered. This chamfering tool is secured inside a Sinclair SS adaptor
which has a 1/4 hex drive.
This setup is installed in a upside down small drill press head. Works for me.
