Wilcox Industries or Ed Wilcox.
You need to redo your poll and indicate which you're talking about. One makes mounts and accessories, not optics. The other puts together his own and does repairs and such.

I bought a PVS-14 from Mod Armory. I highly recommend them. Mine ended up developing some flecks that were moving around inside the tube and visible when using the unit. I contacted Mod Armory and they took care of it under warranty. Good people.

I recently went looking for some night vision. I called all in the above list... and then someone told me to call Frankie.
Glad I did, because the treatment I received on the phone was FAR superior to the others. By a factor of 10.
