Best option to purchase JP parts?

Arm or ally has jp barrels, bcgs, buffers, etc. They usually have the lowest prices especially when they run sales. Low shipping charges and no sales tax. No affiliation, just my recent experience

Bolts, buffers and handguards you can go to opticsplanet. If you do 1 minute of searching, you can find a perpetual 10% coupon. It changes monthly, but usually starts with usccaXXX

I hope you don’t need to but don’t bother trying to contact JP once you have your parts. They’ll just ignore you no matter how many times you contact them.

Terrible customer service.

I have had good experiences with jp customer service. They next day aired a barrel nut wrench to me at no charge so I could shoot my jp rifle at a local class I paid to attend that weekend. They have walked me though tuning their vmos bolt carrier and buffer over the phone as well. I believe they have busy times when they are heavily involved in sponsoring shooting events at the local and national level. I had a new jp barrel that didn't shoot as good as my other jp barrels and they offered to ship me a new replacement barrel before even looking at my barrel. I think emails and messages will get a response in time.

That’s good, when was this?

I emailed them 4 times and received no response. I was polite in each emails and even as I became frustrated I kept it professional. This happened a month ago.
