I just buy my stuff direct from Eberlestock. They are extremely nice and helpful over the phone. Also shipping from Eberlestock (Boise, Idaho) to Washington State only took two days with cheap ground shipping. Probably take 5 days from Ceylonc.

I think they ship direct for him. I bought a pack from Ceylon today and had a Fedex tracking number from him within a few hours with a Boise origination. Eberlestock will charge you shipping, Ceylon's prices seem to be comparable to theirs without shipping and they come factory direct either way anyway. Everybody wins.

Based solely on this thread alone, I contacted Ceylon and inquired about the eberlestock packs. My choice was between the phantom and the operator. I explained my mission and possible uses, and he suggested I go with the phantom. I had read everything I could on the Internet about the packs and even watched a few videos, I was just looking for that little extra expertise from someone with knowledge of both packs. He definitely is a great guy to work with and he did me right. Based off of our 30 minute conversation, I purchased the phantom through him at deltaoutdoorsman.com and am expecting my pack on Friday.
