Unless you know something that I don't, the rifle you are asking about does not exist.
The AAC SD model, to the best of my knowledge, is only offered in .308.
The SPS tactical is available in .223, a thread job would run about 125.

In my experience, if you have developed a decent relationship with a gun store (I have, with several), you can ask the store to order what you want from one of their several distributors or, if you know who, from a specified distributor or provider. Alternatively, you can order a gun from a dealer (e.g., Europtics) to be delivered to your FFL of choice and pay a transfer fee to complete the purchase. That way, you get what you want. Trying to find "the cheapest deal" frequently costs money or aggravation.
To date, I've gotten exactly what I want from Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's. True, I pay up a little but I get exactly what I want, quickly, and the stores, particularly Bass Pro, stands behind what they sold me.
Buying what you want at retail can be easy.
