I forgot to mention, the rails are sold separately, and are pretty expensive, but you only need to buy those you require. The full length top rail matches perfect with the upper receiver, or you can get a short top rail if you prefer (for your front sight).
Installation is easy, it uses a unique, two piece "clamp" around your standard barrel nut, then the handguard slides over top of the clamp and attaches with 4 screws. That's it.
