Being left handed is a drag. Very few things have controls made for you, including rifle scopes. I have a Kahles 6-24 and I like the top parallax, since it is easy to see and remember to take account of, but man does not live by Kahles alone. I am curious what other scopes lefties like? Which have either lefty friendly ergonomics or are so darn good it doesn’t matter?

My Sightron SSV parallax adjuster has a secondary knob that certainly helps me but that's because of my wrecked hands. I shoot left handed and have had no issues with scopes though.

I'm with Mike2763 on this one, I am fine with the ergos as they are. I always hold for wind.

If one did dial for wind, then I can see the advantage of having a 'lefty' scope.

I have not found shooting traditional scopes an issue shooting left handed. you just adjust like all things.

I visited mile high shooting last week in colorado and got to see just about every top tier scope out there.

the Kahles would work very well left handed. I would not likely replace my nightforce atacr’s but I thought they were top notch. My older US Optics was also custom ordered to be run left handed so check them out as well As a viable option for southpaws.

What does holding for wind have to do with where the parallax is located? If you hold for wind that should be an even bigger reason to want the windage and parallax turrets switched. Bc the parallax would be where you can see it and the wind would be on the other side and you can leave it untouched.

I am left handed (well right handed by left eyed and feel more comfortable behind the rifle shooting as a lefty) and I agree with what was said here. I use the parallax until it is parallax free so I do not need to SEE that turret....that said I would love to use the Kahles or the Valdada Gen 1 Crusader just to see how it is.

I was fixing to say, the only "lefty" style scopes (left-side windage) that I'm aware of are the Kahles K-series, but I see you already have one. You could always upgrade to a new DLR model K525i CW LSW? 🤷🏼

The Kahles was all I came up with when searching for a friendlier scope for left handed shooting. I recently saw a scope that has detents at various ranges so you can feel it instead of see it. unfortunately I don’t remember what scope. It wasn’t junk though, I know that much. I like the Kahles ergonomics the best, I bought a different brand though.

I’m a natural born lefty. The best thing about it is being able to adjust to a right handed world without a second thought. All my scopes are left side parallax that I usually adjust by reaching over the rifle with my right hand.

My brother used to have the same issues, except he found he was left eye dominant and trying to shoot right handed. It took a little time and effort to learn how to shoot left handed, but once he mastered it he became a much better shot. Much better than any attempts to work with the wrong eye.

would that not be a scope made in Australia you know as toilet water spins counter clock wise there glass is spun to the left your a left handed shooter it all just seems to work in your favor lol
