Better Cover for Eotech Clip EX-LR??

This EXLR is pretty sweet, but the cover set up sux. I guess it's made to just remove the little rubber straps from the device and take the whole cap and straps off then put back on when done but I really don't like that. Anyone got any ideas for a better cap set up?

Ok, I saw one picture of them. Not sure how they work exactly but if they work I'm definitely in. The one that come with it are horrible. How can I round up 7 more dudes?

Resin is inefficient and is going to get brittle over time.
I can MJF these with superior strength and tolerances and we share the love.
