Gotcha, never hunted that far east in LA, all of my hunting has been near Rosedale and Lafayette. Awesome boar!

×2: saw a dog get eviscerated. Like straight up organs exposed/visible or whatever, it was fckn BAD. Like, 'holy shit he's about to die' bad. He was a soldier tho and pulled thru, luckily we had a full time EMT that hunts with us - poured some rum on the wound and sewed it up. He was back hunting couple months later, didn't really seem to phase em a whole bunch mentally like I would think it should've. Tough SOB, reckon it's atleast partially due to that pitbull blood in his veins, wounds don't seem to phase em. Had more of a traumatic effect on us humans than it did on him probably lol.. DEFINITELY recommend gettin a full vest for your dogs if going after hogs.
