Had to upgrade my target so I decided to order one of big dog steel's target stands and 8x8 plate with a 3 inch spinner target all 1/2 ar500. Got the target in five days cause I ordered it at the weekend, and finally got the chance to shoot it today. They are a very well built target at a great price. Shot it today at 500 yards and didn't even dent it shooting my 284 win. But the mirage was too bad and I couldn't see the 3 inch spinner at 500 so I decided to move in to 300 and shoot, It was even hard to see at that distance but I made a couple of hits after I got the wind down.
Here is five shots at 500, would of been a decent group but I pulled the last one and hit in the top right by the bolt. After this I put 3 more rounds just to the right of the hit next to the orange dot.
This target is well worth the money, and I will be buying more from Big Dog Steel when I need some more targets!
