I am trying to run a TL3 with a magpul aics magazine mpa competition chassis and the last four rounds will not come out of the magazine the bolt just glides right over them. Is this normal or should it run flawlessly?

I just went through the same thing. My MPA was squeezing the sides of the Magpul mag and causing the follower to stick.
I have similar issues with Magpul AICS mags and my TL3 in a KRG W3C. Try adjusting the height of the rear of the mag with the release if possible. Ive done every other modification to the body, feed lips, etc and still have issues. I heard that Bighorn recently addressed this issue on the long actions.
Thanks guys I sanded off the front off the feed lips some and it helped but did not completely fix the problem. I will find more time to tinker with it soon. From my understanding the ARC mags run good in my setup. I may have to brake down and buy some of those.
The base of the rounds need to sit higher so the bolt face catches them. I've been working on mine, removing material to allow the mag to sit higher in the chassis. It's a work in progress, but I think I'll get there.
