Is it easier to learn on a Atlas or Harris bipod?

As long as the bipod holds the rifle off the ground the proper height for the shooter, swivels to level and is stable it will work. Both of those will do that. People do what a bipod does with sand bags so it's not a very complicated piece of gear. Pick the one that fits your needs and shoot.
