I just really switched all my precision center fire rifles to the pro X 2 stage from Trigger tech diamonds. Mine are on Impact 737Rs not line peaks. Most the issues with TTs have been on impact actions. Most them have likely ( my stupid opinion only) sear length issues which is not adjustable on the TT. I have not seen or read of a BnA issue with the lone peak. Again this just one isolated person speaking.
That aside I really like the adjustability of the ProX trigger. I changed the length and weight of stage 1 as well the weight of stage two which drove me to add a bit of sear length. All done on the action for instant feedback. The one thing I can’t do is change the trigger blade( personal issue) there see just too many really little parts in there for me.

I'm seeing conflicting information on how to do this. Some have mentioned turning the bottom sear in while the rifle is cocked until the firing pin drops. The Bullet Central guide for the Tacsport Pro (not the Pro-X) says turn it until you can't cock the rifle and then back it out like 1/16 of a turn or something. Which method did you use? I bought mine from Redhawk Rifles and it came with zero manual or documentation so have to look on the internet for best practices.

I never saw those (poor interwebs skills I guess), I closed the bolt and felt the sear release so I gave the sear a 1/4 turn in and tried it and ended up giving it another 1/4 turn before it would close without releasing then gave it a little more and exercised the bolt for a couple dozen times to ensure function. Yeah, Zero information included, checked bullet central and found some bits and pieced them together. Great trigger, terrible communications!

Set the pull weight to what you like and then adjust the sear until it cocks and is drop safe.
It’s not an either or proposition unless you want a malfunctioning and dangerous set up.

That's basically what I did, except that to get the a pull I liked I had to set the sear a couple of times in order to be able to try the trigger .

I am running the b&w tax sport x, not the pro but should be the same. I’m running them in a long peak, origin, and kelbly nanook. All with the sear they came with. I followed the instructions online for adjustment and it was very easy with no issues. Took 2-3 adjustments to get them where I like them but I feel it’s a good improvement over the trigger techs that they replaced.

As a personal preference thing I can already tell, from just holding the top sear down and messing with the trigger, that I like the feel of the BnA way more than my TT triggers. And the gator shoe is exactly what I want in a trigger shoe. No overtravel on my TT triggers just throws me for a loop and I don't like any of the TT Diamond trigger shoes.

Thanks! I downloaded those for reference. I also never had an issue with my TT, but I wanted to try one and once I tried one I switched out my bolt guns.
