FWIW..I got a couple sets of the Burris XTR rings and am pretty pleased with em, cant really say about the Blackhawk's b/c I haven't had any dealings with em.

I have always liked Burris rings. Consistent quality.

Blackhawk! rings are actually Weaver Tactical rings. They're good quality. Weaver puts out a good product, so I wouldn't hesitate to buy them. However, I'd buy the Weaver version instead of the Blackhawk!. No reason, but just because.
