Blue Label Colts question

My local smith who rents his building from my dad just got in two Colt blue labels on consigment and I'm just trying to help him figure out a price for them. NIB with all paperwork, we had to unseal them both just to look them over. One is an R6601 Colt Sporter Match HBAR and the other is an R6551 Colt Sporter Target Model. Spare mags and paperwork are all still in the original wrappings. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

one must find collectors that are queer for Colt to get the big bux.....the window lickers will not pay the for the intrinsic value

I would try gunbroker .com and see if there are similar and what they are going for

Green label guns generally are more valuable than current production guns. Blue label guns have about the same value as current production.

I was quite surprised when this old guy came in and said he had some things he wanted to sell...I was thinking it was going to be shotguns, pistols..etc etc...and he brought in those two Colt AR's, a mini 14, a Sig 220 and a 22 match target pistol...guess I shouldn't underestimate some of these old timers... Oh, and I looked at Gunbroker and GunsAmerica and these things are all over the board as far as price.
