I was holdin over one mil, but missed big time, then i realized i wasn't on the highest power, another reason i need a FFP scope. The second shot was bout a foot behind, so the third i aimed about a half mil in front, and hit up in front part of the shoulder.I am probably just having a lucky day, cause i know im not some super great shooter. She never did start running i guess she didnt know what was going on. Not many people in my area predator hunt so likely it had never been shot at before.

Re: bobcat down

The area I deer hunt is full of bobcats and coyotes. I plan to do some coyote hunting now that deer season has closed. That's a nice cat you got. I've scored two in my time as a hunter. Both were many years back and both were shot with a compound bow while deer hunting. One was huge and not even full grown. I was tight on $$ at the time and only had a rug made of it. Cats and small dogs still freak out when they see it

First I killed was on a ridge using a fawn bleat to call deer. Cat came to the call instead. Shot him 28 yards off while he was trotting past with my bow. Other was standing stock still at 40 yrds broadside. Congrats on your kill.
