Gunsmithing Bolt Fluting

Anyone suggest a decent machinist to fluted a savage bolt?
Preferably around the Maryland / Virginia Area?

Not trying to derail this but when you guys have a bolt fluted do you leave it bare metal or have it cerakoted etc?

I had LRI do mine when they were running the special and it turned out great. Kind of regret not having them cerakoted it while there though.
