Bolt handle free float?

Am I overworking myself, or is I ok yo have the bolt handle touch the stock a little? I don't remebr where I heard it shouldn't touch the stock.

I got it all shaped, painted and put together last night.....and still it hit. So I just finished shaping it again. Made a triple assebky check, then took it apart and took a little more out and painted it again.
