Bolt knob and Accuracy international Mag question.

I'm looking for a bolt knob like the on pictured and I just bought a surgeon dbm for my remington 700 I need a link to the correct 10 round mags for this set up.

It is hard to tell from the picture, but those look like the plastic 223/5.56 AI mags. If that is what you need, just look at any of the sponsors such as Triad tactical or Mile high shooting, they will carry them.

The picture is for the bolt knob only. I have a .308 remington that I'm putting a surgeon DBM in. I need some 10 round mags that are compatible with both the dbm and .308 remington 700. Sorry for the confusion.
