Boston Marathon Bombing. What's the proper response?

Just throwing this out there, but what should we do if it's determind that the Boston bombing was the result of state sponsored terrorism? Pure speculation, but it wouldn't be out of the realm to see Iranian, Pakistani, North Korean or even Syrian fingerprints all over this event.

A splinter group or sect could be dealt with on one level, but how do we as a nation deal with an event like this when we're already enbroiled in two wars and the North Koreans seem to want to drag us into a third front.

I think it's totally amateur level for sure. Why did they wait until the end of the marathon when only a few people are streaming in, instead of the beginning/middle? If a Gov. had been behind it, it would have been done far better and killed far more.

I'm thinking it'll end up being a lone kid with a anti-US grudge like the foreign kid who tried (and failed) to blow up a car a few years ago.
