I'm not a lawyer and don't play one on TV, but how does the CDC's bs not violate the 5th? Specifically the portion that says "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." If a gov agency says you cant evict and therefore can' get paid, is that not public use/denying just compensation? The gov is literally taking your property by edict.
