I’m looking to start reloading my own ammo here shortly and have been shooting factory federal gmm and Hornady eld 6.5 creedmoor ammo up until now I have been selling some of my once fired brass and it seems that everyone wants the Hornady stuff and really has no interest in the federal once fired brass
Now I have weighed some of my stockpile of brass and taken measurements and everything else I could find on the internet to do with this stuff to set myself up with some good brass to begin learning to reload on which brings me to my question
As far as I can see the federal brass is as consistent as Hornady if not slightly more so. So why doesn’t anybody go looking for it like some other brands I am aware consistent weight is not the only factor to quality brass nor does it mean that it is concentric or is it going to last as long or as good quality but I have a lot of this stuff around should I use this stuff to do all my learning on or is it junk can’t seem to find any info on federal 6.5 creedmoor brass quality why is it lest sought after than other once fired ?
