I live in the 22nd district. This has been a political joke. Tenney, was up by over 20,000 votes after the end of the regular election.

Brindisi managed to get 87.5% of the mail in votes, and over took the lead.
Votes are being found everywhere.

I hope this case gets other judges to be on the straight and narrow and do what they were sworn in to do and at the very least, look and hear the evidence put before them instead of turning a blind eye and hiding their heads in the sand.
In my opinion, this needs to start at the Town/Village/County level and go all the way up to the US Supreme Court.
We don't need to enact new laws, there are already more than enough laws on the books right now to cover about any situation we can come across.
What we really need to do is hold ALL of these Majistrates, Judges, whatever their title, all of them, to uphold their Oath of Office.
A couple of hundred years ago in our Country, they held Tar and Feather parties and riding a rail out of town for people, such as judges, and others that were not doing the right things. That needs to happen again and I have a bucket of tar in my shop but would have to shoot a bird or 2 to get the feathers.

NY Supreme Court judge ordered various election officials and ballots to show up Monday / Tuesday in various counties in NY to show all / tell all and recount as required. It's a very very tight race, after the last recount Jan 29 showed Tenny (Republican) leading by 122 votes.

Multiple ballots from a single voter? Invalid.
