    Ukrainian Airlines Flight 752 (Boeing 737-800) from Tehran to Kiev crashed shortly after takeoff from Imam Khomeini International Airport approximately around 5:15 AM on Wednesday morning, Jan 8, 2020, hours after Iranian military installations launched several verified ballistic missiles at airbases belonging to US and allies in Iraq. Latest information shows that ALL 170 passengers on board had perished during the fiery crash.

    Iranian officials have also refused to turn over plane's black box to Ukrainian or international authorities. "Technical difficulties" is the only term they would divulge when questioned.

    Video footage of the flight shows that it was on fire shortly after taking off, crashing shortly thereafter. All 176 people on board were killed.

    I'm going to hazard a guess that it's another example of the Iranians being better at winding up with their own casualties than anticipated....

    We Kill 1 general = 50+ killed / 200 wounded at his funeral

    They shoot 20ish missiles, we haven't openly done anything back about them. Iranian missiles kill nobody...
    but the Iranians accidentally shoot down an airliner taking off from their own airport, because they are so trigger happy and freaked out about us flying in and bombing them...... and kill 170+

    I am willing to bet a huge sum that the last sentence picked up in that black box was "there is something coming towards us at high speed... OH SHI-----"... That is why these motherfuckers are refusing to turn the flight recorder over, and in doing so, only AMPLIFIES and SOLIDIFIES their guilt.

    The response by Iran of not turning over the flight recorders will only escalate conspiracy theories.

    Since we are doing what ifs. What if Iran shot it down thinking their sky's would be filled with US bombers and fighters. Then they would blame us for downing it. But the air attack never came and now they scramble for excuses.

    A few days ago they were talking about a plane we shot down years ago in response to Trumps 52 targets.

    The simplest answer is they shot it down by accident. Either way if it was a shoot down our intel should know that. But if we are in de-escalation why through fuel on the fire now. The best answer is we likely may never know the truth.

    This as far as it can be seen from the video is not a rocket or a "large" bomb as it simply burns without a flash or anything other in the pretty dark sky. Probably Mossad cleaning up or provoking shit - passenger list might be interesting maybe some nuclear scientists, rocket specialists etc...

    Ukraine needs to demand return of their property and just get the issue settled.

    If they fail to do so within hours World Court should say "Sanctions! No oil sales for you! Irans ports are Blockaded!"

    If it was shot down I would say there is about zero chance Trump doesn't know that already and that knowledge comes with huge leverage.

    Lot of lying going on here.

    Based on @THEIS photos the attack doesn't appear to have been totally harmless and if the plane was shot down as others have mentioned it will become a propaganda moment for the Dems to defend their Iranian allies and excoriate Trump wrongly for blame.

    Might be why both sides are cooling the rhetoric.

    This is an image of a forward section of a 9M330 surface to air missile, which has a 15kg warhead and is utilized by the Tor missile system (NATO designation SA-15 Gauntlet) of which Iran is an operator.

    @THEIS if you were a pilot in 737 and had a Tor missile shot at you, and the missile was within your field of view, would you be able to see the missile and the rocket plume as it came toward you? Or would it be very difficult to see??

    I know that most of you know that I don't know everything yet. (but I'm trying). The question is though, didn't the Japanese people completely 're-boot' their way of thought and outlook on humanity in general?

    Isn't if "for the good of all" that a similar "re-boot" take place in this quagmire? Who really has the patience to continue to coddle?

    Those bright flashes are lights on the ground check the video further and you'll see when car clears ridge/tree line those are city lights...

    Use your brains please who would be that dumb to accidentally shot down a plane taking off from a civil airport in a clear rising pattern with schedule of flights pretty well known inside of Iran without any airdef picking up contact ages ago... With transponder on... OMFG...
