Browning Enters the Precision Game... Kinda

I don't think it's quite fair to compare the composite stock of a $2000+ rifle to $350-$500 rifles. A comparison with a Seekins Havak or Nosler M48 would have been a lot more fair.

Accuracy at distance didn't seem to be particularly special but that may have been more due to shooters. They didn't seem to do much long range shooting and that was readily apparent when they were speaking with the gunwerks guy.

They claim to be much cheaper than customs but my recent Nucleus build on an MPA chassis actually came in under their price.

The stipulation that a custom rifle must use custom loaded ammunition is just not true.

For LR hunting, it doesn't seem like a bad rifle, but for the price I'd rather have the Havak or my MPR.

I have seen these at Cabela's/Sportsman's and they seem like a cool rifle, but I kinda wonder why they don't try to make a real "precision" version based on the Hells Canyon McMillan version with the Game Scout stock. Use an AICS bottom metal rather than the factory bottom metal and put a slightly heavier profile barrel on it. Seems like people would be interested.

Those MOA videos were a joke though.
