Hopefully someone out there can help me. I have an X-Bolt Mountain Pro SPR (18" barrel) in 6.5cm and an X-Bolt Mountain Pro Long Range in 6.5PRC.
I was at the range today, came home and cleaned them and now I am not sure which bolt is which. Based on my order of operation, I am 99% sure I know... also one of them (the Long Range I believe) has a bigger bolt handle. Bigger gun, bigger barrel, bigger bolt handle kind of makes sense.
Does anyone here happen to have both models, and if so would you be willing to look at the handles and please tell me which one is bigger? I have a call in to Browning, but the wharehouse was closed; I will try again tomorrow. Other than headspace is there any wat to tell these apart? They are not serailized. With a set of calipers, the big handle bolt face is 1mm wider which is another indication that I am on the right track.
Hate to win a Darwin award. Thanks for the help.
