still cant edcide if i am going to cut the barrel to 14.5 and pin the QD. i dont like the handguard. the screw on to the barrel nut style means i have to slip the gas block and tube in last. i am not sure if i can tighten the screws to hold the gas block or get the gas tube seated. i may get a sampson evolution. barrel was $163 shipped off gunbroker. i just need a barrel nut wrench and im done
and if i shorten it and pin the QD, there isnt enough room to get the block off and take the guard off. so for this build this habdguard isnt ideal.
