Budget Sniper AR30 or Other? TRG42

Looked at an AR10 338 Lapua and thinking of buying one. I have been doing a lot of searching for different rifles in several calibers and when I think I have what I want, I add on the options the price gets out of range.
The AR30 is $1500 and the only option I found is a $250 bipod.

The AR30 looks like it will work for me but what else is there under $2500 in 338 Lapua that I should look at?

I would like to get a suppressor for the 338 Lapua. I assume that there would be no problems putting on a suppressor on an AR30???

I see the TRG42 is only $1000 more than the AR30. What is the $1000 getting me?

+1. I have the TRG-22. You get a damn fine platform, Arguably the finest factory rifle for the money, awesome two stage adjustable trigger, 3 lug bolt for 60 degree throw, and amazingly ergonomic stock. If you can, get behind both of them and see for yourself. I cannot tell you one is better than the other FOR YOU. However, the TRG is the bee's knees to me. I got mine from Alex at Euro Optic.

I had an AR30 in 338 and for the price was amazingly accurate. The only thing I didnt like about it was I found the stock to be uncomfortable and hard to to stay consistant on. Also the stock AR pistol grip put my finger way too much into the trigger. I replaced the pistol grip with a thicker one and had the trigger cleaned up and was happy with it. For the price it is an nice rifle in a great caliber. It was a more accurate rifle then I was as a shooter.

if your budget is say 4000$ or even 3500$ why not a gap? they can build you one that will shoot straight and they can do it in your budget, you might not even have to wait, check their ready to ship rifles. If your stuck on going factory, blaser is the way to go in my opinion.
