Gunsmithing Building a 9mm AR15

I want to build a 9mm AR15. Have been some reading. Please suggest who makes the best parts? Can someone please explain more about the ramped bolt decreasing the wear on the lower.

Rock River or Colt.

You might want to consider buying a parts kit off gunbroker and putting one together with a stripped lower.
