I am confused. I thought there was already a fence around the White house? I have never visited, but all the pictures show a fairly tall and robust metal fence around the perimeter of the grounds. I would assume crossing that fence would be the redline, deadly force is authorized trigger point. Granted in the past none too bright individuals have hopped the fence and managed to make it all the way to the structure or even inside before being apprehended.
