does anybody make something like this ? i know all the down sides of bullpups but i love my rifle. just want to be able to move in a hunting stand .

I saw that on LRH a few years back...can't remember who made it...maybe Joel Russo...he makes the A5L...clone of MCM A5 in wood laminate.
Might have been him....if you google him and get into contact he might be able to point you in the right direction.
As far as a Bullpup design....short of getting used to having a round explode under your eye....with the ruptured case port next to your face it would be very cool for portability.
Maybe look into the Tubb MAK chassis....seems like a good way to go and at least on the same continent as Bullpups....but not the same state.

This kind of project is not just a stock swap. The really hard part of the project is designing and making the front trigger set up and the transfer bar to run back the the normal rear trigger, which has to go around the magazine box, and getting it to work and feel like we all like a trigger to feel. I'v worked on projects like this twice, including one with a camera shutter release type cable to activate the trigger of a full auto M14, both with less than satisfactory results.
