The way I look at it, "he had to do something!!" this was an easy target that didn't actually effect anything firearms related, and was no able to set a precedent in our favour. 4D chess. They should have never been outlawed. I love Trump, but he was a pushover on that deal. He caved to the women and the wimps and banned them. I will personally never buy one cause I don’t see any advantage to owning one, but I 100% say that anyone that wants one should be able to buy one. The problem I have is the slippery slope that it pushes us onto. If that ban stands then what’s next? Weaponlights? Bipods? Suppressors? 30 round mags?
The brace issue was shot down by the 5th Circuit yesterday.Meh....great. How about fast tracking the HPA, ditching the SBR class, and killing the Brace nonsense.
I guess ditching the SBR class would make the brace thing go away on it's own.
I agree he had to do something. I’m just saying that sometimes the something that needs done is to just say “this isn’t the problem or cause of the problem.” Maybe it was 4D chess, but it was still the wrong way to handle it imo.The way I look at it, "he had to do something!!" this was an easy target that didn't actually effect anything firearms related, and was no able to set a precedent in our favour. 4D chess.
Haha! Jerry is probably illegal already in most statesTrump even said at one time that he expected it to be thrown out in the courts. It was all for show.
If bump stocks are illegal, then Jerry Miculek will also have to be outlawed.

I would use the term, “okay with it”, but I think this was the most benign approach he could take to get the frothing mouths out of his hair.So you are OK with unconstitutional action by a president because of public pressure?
Dangerous position to hold there big sarge.
I might know where a few could be found with a snagging hook.
Drive a manual or "stick" it up your assNow if they would just abolish Automatic Transmission Fluid, all would be right in the world.
Where? Or a time stamp for the FuddBusters vid? There is some bad language in there about forced reset triggers.
Landfill. I had a shitty one that i just threw in a fire. It had already broken and i didnt care. It was fun burning steel case in a psa but the novelty wore off.Wonder how many are suddenly gonna be recovered after their boating accidents a few years back
What is everyone using to locate those bump stocks that fell off the boat?
Nevermind - it was Sotomayor in dissent. Nothing bad about forced reset triggers in the Thomas opinion. Sorry for the false alarm.Where? Or a time stamp for the FuddBusters vid?
Supreme Court strikes down Trump-era ban on bump stocks for firearms
The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives exceeded its authority when it issued the rule outlawing bump stocks.www.cbsnews.com
In the article, they mention that Paddock, whom they do not name, fired 1,000 rounds in 11 minutes. I call bullshit on a 60 something year old man getting that many off.
Never mind having 34 mags of 30 rds each ready. The barrel is going to get hot. And let us not forget a man breaking a window designed to withstand impacts from flying debris in high winds.
Anyway, this is one of the biggest gripes I had about Trump. That and his caving to red flag laws and saying that we should seize first and worry about due process later.
I hope that he does not make that same mistake, again.
2A, all the way. Or, go home.
Great point , he put the fucks to us !Anyway, this is one of the biggest gripes I had about Trump. That and his caving to red flag laws and saying that we should seize first and worry about due process later.
Not arguing...but how? I'm not tracking...Congrats whoever brought this case just did irreparable harm to the second amendment…..
