Was at WASHOUGAL this weekend and my son and I were track side and was right in front of Justin Barcia when he planted hard into Mother Earth. His bike was running stuck upside down for several minutes and he was motionless for while, out cold, I mean cold. Haven't seen anyone plant that hard in a long time. Don't really like him but don't want to see anyone hurt either. He is ok but mentally it may be be a while before he gets over that one. There was a big depression where he hit.

It was bad enough that a couple of people around me felt a little sick to their stomachs after seeing it. I was glad it wasn't me!

Still cant believe he got released only after a couple of hours. Gives meaning to your "oh so you play soccer" post.....

I watched the live stream. Not great camera angle on Barcia and his dirt nap. Did he over scrub?? It was hard to see. Washougal has great dirt traction and racing. Legendary pro stop. I am going to Budds Creek next month. Cant wait. I have seen about 12 of them. Never gets old. The sound of a 450 main start is dope.
Barcias career may be drifting. We will see. He is very skilled and has balls. His patience could use a little developement- Line selection as well.

Not a 100% sure on the scrub, just turned in time to see the impact. He might have gotten a little loose in the whoops and cross rutted it from what I could tell.
